Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (Assisted Living) (1-6 bed only)

ARF/RCFE Licensing Support – Criminal Exemption Request
If your background check reveals a prior charge (misdemeanor or felony) you will be required to file a criminal record exemption request with DSS. This process can take 2–3 months or longer.
We will:

• Guide you through the exemption request process
• Assist with compiling necessary documents
• Follow up on your behalf to ensure timely processing

ARF/RCFE Licensing Support – Fire Clearance Preparation

We assist you in preparing your home to pass the required Fire Safety Inspection by:
